Getting started

How NUVA Works

NUVA’s product flow depends on the selected vault. This guide walks through the checks to make before a deposit, what a vault token represents and why withdrawal terms vary.

1. Choose a specific vault

Review the product page for the selected vault, its underlying assets, issuer and counterparties. HOME, nvPRIME and nvYLDS are distinct products; do not assume they share the same strategy, yield source or redemption conditions.

2. Verify the asset and network

Before connecting a wallet, confirm the official domain, supported network, source token, destination vault token, contract addresses, minimum amount, fees and current quote. Token symbols and icons can be copied by unrelated contracts.

3. Deposit and receive the vault token

NUVA materials describe vault deposits as creating or delivering an nvAsset token that represents a user’s position in the relevant vault. The exact token, route, conversion and eligibility depend on the product and current live interface.

4. Understand how value and yield work

Some product designs describe yield accruing into token value rather than as a separate payment. Target or displayed APY is not guaranteed. Review the methodology and underlying risk disclosures for the selected vault.

5. Plan the withdrawal before depositing

Check redemption routes, expected processing time, available liquidity, fees, compliance checks and any restrictions. A withdrawal button or 24/7 initiation does not necessarily mean every redemption settles instantly.

6. Keep a record and verify on-chain

Review the wallet prompt before signing and keep transaction hashes. Use official contract addresses and trusted explorers to confirm the transaction. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
